The deadline to order your pheasants and Chukars for the year is coming up fast.  Please be certain to contact the Treasurer (Mike) and place your order for the coming year.  Due to supply restrictions all members will need to place orders for their birds in advance.  The deadline to make your order is the end of May.  This is different from previous years and does require some planning on your part.

Remember to take into account the activities you want to do this year, walk-up shooting with your dog, Old country shoots - two are scheduled, and the Chukar championship.   Don't forget to include in your plans birds for guests that you might bring.  The membership renewal form has been updated and it can be found here.

Chukar Championship

The Chukar Championship will be on Sunday Sep 12th. In addition to the great competition we will see the return of the 5 stand clay pigeon event this year.

Gabriola Rod and Gun Club Event

Hidden Valley members have been invited to enjoy a private shooting day at this fantastic club.  If you haven't been there before, the trip is a must!  Details are yet to be worked out, the day will be a Thursday sometime during the summer.  The event will include shooting sporting clays and five stand in one of the most beautiful parts of BC.
