Hidden Valley Conservation Club
Membership application/renewal 2009/2010 season. Name: Email Address: Mailing address: How did you hear about HVCC? Initial Joining Fee $100 (one time fee payable only in first year) Annual Fee $50 Pheasant unit (10 birds) $250+gst Waterfowl unit $250 All applicants who were members as of 2008 may purchase, if they wish, one bird unit, either Pheasant or Waterfowl. Members joining from 2009 will be required to purchase at minimum two bird units i.e. two Pheasant units or a Pheasant unit and the Waterfowl unit. For example, as an existing member you could purchase two pheasant units, you will pay $50+ 2* $262.50 = $575 less any rebate from last year Existing members may be able to apply their rebate from the 2008 season to this year’s membership renewal fee.
Summary of other fees that may be applied through the year
Junior member fee $160 (see regulations) Guest for walk-up shoot $10 (per day) Guest for Waterfowl shoot $40 (per day) Guest for Old Country Shoot $50 (per day) Extra bird $25 +gst (1 Pheasant or 2 Chukars) In making my application for membership in the Hidden Valley Conservation Club I confirm I have read the Regulations and Fees which appear on the Club’s website ( ). I am aware that a commitment to obey all Club regulations is a term of continued membership in the Club and I confirm that I will obey all Club regulations.
I RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE that these hunting and shooting activities may expose me to risks and hazards, some of which are inherent in the nature of the sport of hunting and the sport of shooting, including without limitation, the unpredictably of the weather, and some which may result from other causes, including, without limitations, errors of human judgment. I AGREE to assume all such risk and hazards and I FURTHER AGREE to bear all costs of rescue or medical attention rendered to me, or for my benefit, arising form these activities. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE, THAT I AM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN SAFETY and that the HIDDEN VALLEY CONSERVATION CLUB and ITS FARMS are not able to guarantee or assume responsibility for my safety during my participation in these activities. Old Country Shoot
The Old Country Shoot for Feb 27th, has had a format change! We will be running a club walk-up shoot, similar to what we do after an old country shoot. We've got some club members who are very excited about this new style of event.
Goose Shoots
Feb 20th shoot was canceled, due to nice weather. Bill and Wes are working on other dates.
